benifit of scale...

one benifit of reach a certain scale is, you can pool all the reserve money together...

I am not handy, nor I have done any physical work myself, even my wife said she does more than I do...haha....but I know how to repair anything and everything when it comes to a house...so I can tell a $10 hour guy to perform a $70 hour job...

haha, the truth is, the first 10 years of my RE life, I could careless whether I make money or not in rentals, I simply using rentals as a tax write-off, then the next 5 years, I had my own construction crews that overlook the rentals.. then the last 6 years, my rental business grow to the point it withstanding itself and making great money for me...
