requirement:

 

720+ credit

25% down or more. No cashout refi.

single family or duplex. (No 4 plex), no condo. property condition average or above.

6 month reserve for all REO owned (PITIA)

debt to income ratio 45% or less.

If you meet above condition. You may get a loan. You need to ask Fannie Mae mulyi property loan. Not all lenders provide such loans.
