We have not gotten an attorney yet. Plus it will make everybody upset since we only have five units. Even if the attorney put a lien, we still don't have the money. I was also thinking to send a notice letter to their mortage lender, so the mortgage lender can send them a letter.

Anybody knows how to find somebody's mortage lender?
