Since you used your total asset, it could be misleading for inex

Do you mind showing your total percentage return (investment gain/your total put*100)for last 10 year? 

If I use investment "asset", my curve would be similar as yours. My total return is about 15% by now for last 9 years, i.e. if I put 10,000 into the market, my current value would be 11,500. I started in 2001. However, more annual put was done in late years.
