ha, I am not much better than you this past week...

haha, the past 2 weeks, it is down to single digits everyday, so we have any weather related problems you can imagine...,

1. we had a water pipe leak, and end up replace most of the carpet and floor.

2. then a roof leak, can't repair it since it is frozen solid right now.

3. then we had 2 properties with frozen water pipes.

4. then we had 2 water heater problem, 1 had to replace a gas valve, 1 is a thermal coupler.

5. and of course, when it get this cold, everyone complaint their furnace not working..haha..
