believe what you want to believe

I've said that what I said might not please many people. You can have 1000 reasons why the RE should bounce back up like the stocks(it never will because they are too different) if you choose to believe them. The truth is, the RE will keep dropping after this period. I read your post and found it's like CNBC, probably you watched that a lot. Don't believe what the mainstream media says, most of them are wrong about the market. Europe is a completely different concept. You can't compare it to the US. Many European countries have built-in sales tax which makes everything more expensive by default, like China. If you buy some cosmetics in France, you will be paying more there even though it's made there.
