怎么查房客的信用？

景气不好，准备把一个房间分租出去，在这里请问一下地主们，除了一个application to rent form,怎么run their credit? do I have to prepare a credit report authorization form?

具体一点就是有了申请人的ssn and d/l，到哪里去查他们的信用呢？
