help! the tenant being evicted seems to be a pro level

Landlord experts,

I did a post yesterday regard evict a tenant this Thursday. The district court set the court date as 12/16, this Thursday. Just got a call from the tenant that she transferred the case to Housing Court. The new date will be determined. I called district court to verify it's true.

Anyone had experience with Housing court? Does it process the case much different than district court? Should I hire a lawyer to help me? Anything I should be aware of?
