The key is that you assume you had adventage because of dual agent.

As long as the contact is not signed, you need to pay attention to many details.  Your agent keep referring to other houses.  This is a sign!

He did nothing wrong. Bank could get new offer from other buyer.  Your agent is not obligated to tell you that. You are not his best interest on this house.
