Brother jy..another question need help .please.

how could the sheriff deliver the writ if can't meet the tenant there?just leave at door?what would happen next?(the tenant moved out but not giving up the property.still come back sometimes.that is why I still need to go through the court...) thank you in advance.like to study from you...
