Cons.
1. Too easy for tenant to write things to you (like story of being late, more things for repairs.)
2. Writings can be used against you

Pros.
1.Sometimes I got payment by email transfer.
2. Easier for me to remind tenants things, e.g. don't leave heat off in winter, notice of visits.


Or you only give emails to good tenants. Let troublesome tenants only call.
