like in my reply to longterminvestor, we are all wired differently and enjoy different things.... I am never against rentals.... it's just that I am fortunate enough to love what I do and get paid decent penny, and I have the 10000 hour stare under my belt to flip stocks a couple times a month, no need for me to do rentals.
