I am asking for one month and half of rental as security deposit

which is $2325 plus first month rental $1550.  Every party agrees and no issue at all.  The 2nd candidate said he will give me $4000 which is $2400 security deposit and $1600 first month rental.  Should I ask them for last month payment as well?  I think it might be too much?
