Bank owned property

A SFH owned by GMAC is on the market for over 6 monthes. It is at unbelievable price.Currently tenant is still living there. Bank refused to finish eviction and sell as it's without gaining access to the house.

Have you anyone dealt with this kind of situation before? I am wondering how much risk it involved.
