she is lying now.just send her a formal demand for rent notice

which you can add the late fee directly to it(some of mine even have $20 notice fee which I  stated on the lease).certified mail or delivery to the door taking picture or sheriff officer...DO  NOT EMAIL .CALL ANYMORE. LET HER KNOW YOU ARE THE BOSS....（two notice forms you can get at your local district court.(or website)FREE)
