I am that passimistic on RMB, but

inflation will definately eat a good chunk of bank savings in the next 10 years.

So I think they should invest. What I am not sure is whether if there is a better way than invest in 国内商铺投资。 since it only yield 7% for 1st 3 years, and hopely better later.

Thanks for the input anyway. Honestly, I don't care much about ratio between RMB and USD. Since the money is for them to use in China in next 10 years.
