and putting the new loan on my primary home.(commercial loan to residental loan).and  most of them are commercial loans need to wait 3 or five years can be refinanced.I  am going to get  a blanket loan at that time.if I can do that...some cash buy I just put under personal name  first and till 6 months later refinanced put to trust...
