JR98, life insurance can use to supplement a living trust..

per my attorney, few things that should not incorporate in the living trust, such as your IRA, 401K, and life insurance policy..don't ask me why....

but as I understand, if you have a sizable estate, over xxxmil, a life insurance trust can be setup to pay estate taxes, by using a single premium policy...but this one is beyond me, I am not that rich...haha.
