property tax in CA

I got a supplement tax bill (negative $200). It is a property I bought this year and prorated with the tax bill of last year. They shall refund me $200 according to the new purchase price.

Anybody know if the county is going to refund (send me a check?) or I deduct this amount from the tax bill of this year?
