This return rate is misleading

Bond fund's high return rate in last few years is result of decreasing bond yield (or increase of bond price).  The bond price is close to its peak.  When the inflation hits, the bond price will drop like a rock.  The Bond fund's return will be negative.  Be very careful!!!!
