Agree. With interest this low, it's very risky. I've heard that people have value of their bond holing go up a lot when interest dropped a few years ago.

If rate stays, then not much movement in price. If the rate goes up, then the price would drop. Neither is too attractive.

However, it's never a bad idea to learn how it works, especially from people who have real experience.
