"To Get Rich, Try Making Yourself Feel Poor". For your situation, you still need to invest aggressively. Two choices I will suggest.
1. Invest all 120k in aggressive index funds (you don't need the money in short time anyway).
2. Rent out the one you currently live, and buy another house.
