Amerisave online loan scam

Does anyone have any experience with Amerisave mortgage lender?

I just had a terriable one. I came across this one when I search for mortgage lenders. I was enticed by their super low interest rate. So I ask them some questions, particularly about their limitations on the number of loans one can have because I currently have 4 loans (1 for my primary and three for rentals). They told me that I can have up to 10 loans. So I submit my application through their websites. I got "pre-approved" right away. Then they push me to do an appraisal immediately next day. That's it. After that, they never pick up my phone calls, rarely reply my email enqueries. And after two weeks, simply tell me my application was denied because they number of loan limit was 4! Again, no more explanation, never answer my phone.
