You are talking about the Texas Deal. I don't even want to think of that deal as $12 million is way out of my control, plus it is not local to me. I just put there to entertain people.

Look at the post I want to borrow fund from the investors. When and where I want to use the investor's fund as "downpayment" and borrow fund from the bank? Where? When? Let me know.
