We knew the tenants were there and thought they were

supposed to have moved out in June. We were not experienced enough to have included any relevant addendum in the contract. Our lawyer told us the only thing we can do now is to wait until a month after the the original closing date and then decide either to press on or withdraw. We want to close ASAP, but it just doesn't seem likely now.
