It is normal a 800 sq apartment asking price is US 3 million. I am always wondering if an extra zero was added to the price. Still some mainland people who want to immigrate to HK by investing began to believe the price and pay the money. Because the media is controlled by the real estate business people too.

When you read HK newspaper, one third of it is about house. Unbelievable. when people begin to get addicted to one thing, what they do is really funny.

One thing else they get addicted is white people. So no matter how old a white guy is, he could find many women in HK.
