buy houses just like buy cars in the next 5 years

House is no longer a good investment. You just think
buying a big house as buying a BMW/MB cars to enjoy
life. It won't go up, potentially more tax and cost
to maintain the houses in the next few years. Few
big reasons.

* Price/rent ratio is too poor here. Price has to come
down to the reasonable PR ratio.
* People are moving out. Many Indians and Chinese
are moving back. You don't see new professionals
moving here(at least much much less than 10-20
years back).
* Companies here keep doing out source and off shores.
