2. If I would like to change "joint tendency deed", could I DIY? Could I buy a legal form "joint tendency deed" by myself, fill it by myself, then sign it in front of notary person, then send it to the county's recorder office. Or this process has to be processed by lawyer (paralegal), then recorded in the county's recorder office?
