thanks, are you a member of local landlord association?

I'm wondering whether need to actively involve in local landlords events/activities.

From my local area, the properties from the members of association, always have a label on their ads, saying that's an active member of the association:

(in their ads):
"- (local landlord association) member communities are committed to excellence and providing you with the best rental value, quality and experience

- When renting an apartment, don't forget to ask if it is an active member of the (local landlord association)"
