FEMA has official flood zone map.

FEMA web site has the map for 1%, and 2%, 0.2% chance of flood zone. It's official, and nationwide.

Just in July this year, heavy rain with rising river/creeks,submerged the house in the water. Big damages to the house and personal properties.
