新手求教：现金买bank owned房子的Closing Costs

终于也要投入到白菜房大军了。先在看上一个single family，银行要价10万，我估计94K可以拿到。向一个buyer attorney问了一下closing cost，以下是他的价钱，请问这些数据是否合理？为了一个10万的房子，需要付出将近2000的closing costs，而且只是给这个buyer attorney。非常感谢！

Atty fee $650

Title search typically $200 to $300

Fed Ex/Courier $25

Title Insurance for $100,000.00 purchase is $400

Record the deed and MLC is $190

Obtain MLC is $25

Plot Plan….not required but strongly recommended is $150
