I looked the web list and called the list agent. I didn't see all of them in person. After the escrow is closed, I went to that city to see the properties. To my surprise, all the properties are in ok or condition better than I expected.

But dealing with tenant and contrator long distance is a trouble and I paid high price.and I will sue one contractor soon. Now my property management company are doing a decent job. recently I visited one property. I couldn't believe the tenant could make the town house so beautiful with all the plants. I still think high percentage of the agents are reliable and professional. And I have experience to deal with Agent in China, that is nightmare. Buying and selling is US is much easier and better.
