Sine hu*****and income is enough ($100k), do I still need wife's income? They both are self employed, verifiable income means I need their last two years tax return?

Their current mortgage is more than $3000.

I haven't run their credit, self employee may not have stable income, which bothers me, don't want to waste their $30. Maybe I should go ahead do it?
