my landscaper do it twice per month, and everytime cut grass, move weeds, and cut edge well.. that need a lot of tool..

would tenants like to enjoy yard that often and that prefessional...?

I can't image that.Even I like flower, and I like garden beautiful, but if I do it twice a month after other housework or from office.. I wouldn't like to do it at weekend...

So it is management problem. Keep normal renting price, spend 50dollar from them to hire landscaper, that is the way I did.
