stocks are risky, the reason is we small investors do

not have control on it at all, so I would like to learn from you guys, once I build a base, I would like to diversify into housing.

By the way, I like to do "TDF", I made a lot of paper money for the past couple of days, other than the joy of seeing what I believe turned into reality, I did not feel much happiness, I spent a couple of hours yesterday, fixed computers for a friend, I felt much more fulfilled, getting hands on sth concrete brings you more joy.
