getting a good deal and making a lot of money. I believe when we are very old, we are not going to remember how much money we have made from this fourplex but we are going to remember what have been happening and what we have been working in that fourplex. When we see each of our houses many year later, it's like looking at each of our children and we will recall the stories in them.
