Nobody knows where to park some cash?

I asked the question earlier and got almost no answer.

If you have some cash that you don't want to touch it for a while, where do you put it?

As I said, I want no or very small risk. What is the maximum return one can get in today's market? and what is the best strategy?

The amount is about $120K. No need to touch it for probably at least 1 year, but if there is good investment opportunity in the future (possibly rental property) I will use it as down payment.
