It is not nice to find a guy roommate after you already has a female tenant there. At least you should ask her opinion before you let the guy move in.

you are really a lousy landlord. I don't think you have any chance to get the money back. I am not sure if it is ok to rent the same apartment to both a female and male seperately.

I suggest you should not do this next time. you better find two ladies or two guys. you are bringing inconvenience to other people.
