down 25%
30year 5% fix loan
Property tax 6500/year
insurance 1000/year (with swimming pool)
PM 100/month
garder and pool 150/mounth

Rent 2200-2500/month

Is this good deal for investment? Household income around 200K.如果从税的角度上来说，可以省多少？
