I have a friend who has a good business. He wants to expand but when he talks to the banks, big or small, no one want to lend.

It says some thing, the banks need money coming in instead of lending out.

If you counting on your HELOC, you will see how banks fulfill their promises.

Remember: the relationship you have built with banks are only based on promises. They do not have to fulfill it, either you want to take money out from your savings account or take money from your credit line.

People do not call "Bank Run" from thin air.. you will see it down the road...

And sigh, people really do not understand the nature of "Banks" = yours are theirs, and theirs are not yours.. :)
