including a 棕榈树。We are thinking of lawn, but it is hard to know if the tenants would like to maintain. We met a PM, but have not signed agreement. He said normally tenants should maintain. There has to be something there. So I am looking for a solution to cost less but can attract tenants more and less maintenance work.
