Rental forms/urgent help needed!

Urgent help needed.

We just have the first rental house close of escrow. I put the ad on craiglist, and we have several applicants interested.

Now we need to screen the tenants, etc. It is a true learning process for us!

Where can we get the tenant application form, lease form, tenant move-in check list, etc.? I learn from this forum of citicredit.net.

Is landlord.com good? Other web sites?
