So I put low Maintenance fee. The rental market here is not great like some states. :( For a rent of $1200, it has to be around $200K. For example, a friend bought a bank owned for 300k, and only rent it out for $1650, with $7k property tax.

I hope to payoff HELOC in a few years. Don't plan to do a 30yr mortgage yet.
