Were they built by the same builder?

I've found these days the sellers pretty much just ask for whatever in their minds and ignore the average house price. The same with rental price, too. However, if your house is in the right location, there most likely will be a buyer/renter, because although the sale is slow everywhere, a perfect house is still hard to find, people just don't sell any more.
