Are you renting to owning?

I'm not sure if people with 800+ credit score would rent. Even if some do, they are probably hard to find. For the most part, most renters have much lower credit. Besides, credit score only tells past result, future performance is never guaranteed.

If you would loose a night's sleep over some bad tenants, or some fluctuation of stock market, perhaps CD or money market is your best choice of investment.
