My agent rented my house to a fat black woman and her kids. She is so so so rude to me the only time I visited my property and she told me I should not go inside the house since it is her house. And her two big dogs run around in the house even my agent told her no pets are allowed.

Anyway she stoped paying me rent after three month and she kept sending letters complaining my altitude and agent's altitude and electricity problem. And she asked my to pay her $2000 and she would move out.

Finally I filed eviction and she moved out before the eviction date. But the house was in a very horrible situation, very dirty. Afer I hired someone to clean the house, the next day the house was partially burned. I called police and I think it is my tenant or her son who set the fire. The lucky thing is that my insurance company pay my loss.

avoid renting house to them. I really feel bad that my agent rented my house to such people. She is my buer agent as well, she got high commision from me.
