若以后要换Medigap plan, 需要经过Underwriting process. 总之，一次就选好，终身不换了

我选了UnitedHealth 的plan, 觉得保险公司大一点，希望二三十年后，这个公司还在。

They are individualized based on factors like age, ZIP code, tobacco status, discounts, and the insurer’s pricing method, but not based on your personal claims or health after you have the policy.
