Griffin’s 1994 book The Creature from Jekyll Island: A Second Look at the Federal Reserve is his most influential and widely discussed publication. It argues that the Federal Reserve System (created in 1913 after a secretive meeting on Jekyll Island, Georgia) is essentially a private banking cartel that manipulates the economy, causes inflation, funds wars, and serves elite interests rather than the public good.

The book has become a cornerstone for critics of fiat currency and central banking (often recommended alongside Ron Paul’s End the Fed). It’s sold hundreds of thousands of copies and is frequently cited in discussions about monetary policy, especially among libertarians, gold advocates, and “End the Fed” movements.

我多年前在油管上看过好几个他的采访和演讲。把美元危机归罪于老川或者是任何一个单个总统是很蠢的说法。现在川到处大棒挥舞，应该是和要保持美元地位有关。能不能做到，就不知道了。
