Pre-tax 24,500
Catch-up (Roth) 8,000
Employer Match 21,600
After-tax (Mega Backdoor Roth) 25,900
Total 80,000

公司 match 前两项100%，但不超过MIN(收入 = 工资+奖金，36W) * 6%，不算收入

今年的IRS新规定：高收入者（2025 收入高于15W ）Catch-up部分都是Roth (after-tax)，省了in-plan convertion 这一步

算下来 pre-tax = 24,500 + 21,600 = 46,100, after-tax (Roth) = 8,000 + 25,900 = 33,900
