Mortgage rates and Real Estatement Investment.  特别是商贷-commercial real estate loans, line of credit, bridge loan.  Most Reits are related to short term loan. 地产开发， 商业地产 。

 Long term residential loan (more closely tied to 10 years treasury note) with its related residential real estate, just a small  portion of Reits investment.
